"I started playing this course in 2002 shortly after the new irrigation system was put in. if this course was ever considered a cow pasture, you would never know it. I drive from buffalo to play this course at least 20 times a year. It is a blast to play. The staff, Colleen, Scott, Rou, and Steve treat me like family. I consider it my home away from home. The greens are superb ALL year. I have played for 30 years and I play 70-80 times a year, and always consider this my favorite to play. "I have been playing Cragie Brae since I started playing golf in 1988 (20 years) and I never get tired of the course. It is a great course for beginners because of the ability to recover from a bad shot without penalty, but tests the average golfer with it's length and some tricky greens. It is a Rochester institution for the amateur golfer."
